Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the k8x online casino and sports betting platform, including all services, features, content and functionality available through k8x. By registering an account on k8x, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games or otherwise using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the k8x platform.

k8x reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any changes.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the k8x platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You are acting as an individual, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person, business or organisation.
• You have not been excluded from gambling platforms, either voluntarily through a self-exclusion request submitted to k8x, or through any external regulatory or court order applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not depositing or wagering funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
• You have not previously had a k8x account closed for a breach of these Terms. Attempting to open a new account following a prior closure for breach is itself a breach of these Terms.

k8x reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified in a request may result in account suspension pending verification. Account suspension for verification purposes does not entitle you to any compensation for missed bets or gaming opportunities during the suspension period.

2. Account Registration and Management

To access the full k8x platform, you must register a player account using a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Registration requires you to provide accurate personal information. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is true, current and complete.

• Each individual may register only one account. The use of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• You must keep your account information current. If your mobile number or other contact details change, you must update your account promptly. Failure to maintain current contact information may impair our ability to communicate security alerts or verification requests to you.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify k8x support immediately. k8x accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• k8x may require identity verification (KYC) at any point during your use of the platform, including before processing a withdrawal. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of your registered payment method.
• k8x reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms or in a manner that is fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful to the platform or other users.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on k8x are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using supported Bangladesh mobile banking services. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. k8x does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, but reserves the right to apply account-level limits where fraud prevention or responsible gaming requirements make this necessary.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account that was used to make a deposit. k8x does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts, bank accounts, or payment methods that have not been used for a qualifying deposit.
• k8x aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or where the request is submitted during a period of high volume. k8x does not guarantee specific processing timeframes and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting applicable rollover requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
• k8x does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, fees imposed by your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or others) are outside k8x's control and are the sole responsibility of the account holder.
• k8x reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited to a player account where it has reason to believe those funds may originate from unlawful activity. A failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

k8x offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of the offer:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder to whom they are issued. Sharing, trading or selling bonuses to other players is prohibited.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only and are credited following the first qualifying deposit. The qualifying deposit amount and rollover requirement will be specified in the offer terms active at the time of registration.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus are valid only on the games specified in the offer terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the rollover requirement stated in the offer.
• k8x reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice where it has reason to believe a bonus is being abused or exploited. Evidence of bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to guarantee bonus clearance, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinating play with other players to manipulate bonus terms.
• Bonuses expire on the date and time stated in the relevant offer. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are automatically removed from your account balance. k8x does not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the k8x platform. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game and form part of these Terms by reference:

• All bets placed on k8x are final once confirmed. k8x does not accept requests to cancel, amend or reverse confirmed bets, whether placed on sports events or casino games, except where a clear technical error has occurred on the k8x platform itself.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet, k8x will investigate the affected round or bet using server-side logs. Where the outcome cannot be determined with certainty, k8x reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• k8x sports betting markets display odds in decimal format. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the contractually binding odds for that bet.
• k8x casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) software to determine outcomes. Game outcomes are independent of prior outcomes and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action, betting pattern or external factor.
• Winnings are credited to your k8x account balance automatically following the conclusion of a qualifying bet or game round. It is your responsibility to verify your account balance after each session and to report any discrepancy to k8x support promptly.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k8x platform. k8x reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or forfeit any funds associated with such conduct:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the k8x platform in a manner not intended for normal human player use, including but not limited to automated betting systems, odds-scraping tools, or session automation scripts.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share card information in live dealer games, coordinate betting patterns to exploit bonus terms, or engage in any other form of match-fixing or collusion.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including fraud, theft, or money laundering, or using the k8x platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment betting and gaming.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error are not valid and will be reversed. Players who discover errors are required to report them to k8x support rather than exploit them.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or at any subsequent point during account verification. This includes the use of another person's identity, fictitious identities, or any document that has been altered or falsified.

Where k8x determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may, in addition to account closure and fund forfeiture, report the relevant activity to appropriate authorities. k8x cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in the investigation of suspected unlawful conduct on its platform.

7. Responsible Gaming

k8x is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings and are available to all registered players at no cost. k8x encourages all players to use these tools proactively and to set personal limits before they begin gaming rather than after a problem arises.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k8x's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• k8x does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or any other economic loss, even if k8x has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• k8x does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages or third-party service disruptions may temporarily limit access to the platform. k8x will not be liable for any losses attributable to platform unavailability.
• Nothing in these Terms limits k8x's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or other legislation in your jurisdiction.

9. Amendments to These Terms

k8x reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material, k8x will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the registered mobile number or within the platform interface. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any clause) may be made without notice. The date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the currently published Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the k8x platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the k8x platform should first be directed to k8x customer support for informal resolution. k8x will endeavour to resolve all genuine player complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. k8x's decision on all operational matters — including bet settlement, bonus eligibility, account status and payment processing — is final and binding, subject only to the limitations on liability set out in Section 8 above.
